Support hours

Every day, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Cairo time). Messages received outside these hours are answered the next support day. We aim to reply within a few hours during support hours and within 1 business day at most.

Channels

• Website chat (fastest for general questions): use the chat bubble on any page for order questions, product inquiries, shipping updates, and returns.
• Custom orders, WhatsApp only: +20 104 141 6100 (wa.me/201041416100). All custom order discussions, design reviews, quotes, and deposits happen on WhatsApp.
• Email: hello@byms.store for formal matters, privacy requests, partnership inquiries, and anything requiring attachments or records.
• Instagram: @byms.eg. We monitor DMs, but replies are slower there. For anything time-sensitive, use the chat or WhatsApp.

What to include

For order-related messages, include your order number and, for damage reports, clear photos of the item and packaging. It gets you a resolution in one message instead of three.
