Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Egypt only, to every area served by our courier partner, Bosta. If your address can be selected at checkout, we can deliver to you. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Production and dispatch times

Every BYMS piece is made in our workshop. Times below are production lead times before your order is handed to the courier:

• Frames and car hangers: 3 to 5 business days
• MDF wall panels (60 / 80 / 120 cm): 4 to 7 business days, with larger and more detailed pieces toward the upper end
• Custom orders: lead time is confirmed individually on WhatsApp before production starts

Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier, typically 1 to 4 business days for Greater Cairo and longer for other governorates.

Shipping fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Orders of 1,499 EGP or more ship free.
• There is no extra fee for cash on delivery.

Payment on delivery

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and InstaPay. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready and inspect your package upon delivery. If the package shows visible transit damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Delays

Handmade production and courier schedules occasionally shift. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you with an updated timeline. If a delay is unacceptable to you and your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel for a full refund.
