This Privacy Policy explains how BYMS ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use byms.store or purchase from us.

Data we collect

Order and contact data: name, phone number, delivery address, email address, and order details, collected when you place an order or contact us.
Payment data: we accept cash on delivery and InstaPay. We do not collect or store card numbers. InstaPay transfers are processed through your banking app; we see only the transfer confirmation.
Communications: messages you send us via the website chat (Shopify Inbox), WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
Browsing data: device, browser, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data

To process, produce, deliver, and support your orders.
To communicate with you about your order via chat, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
To send marketing emails if you have subscribed or opted in at checkout. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
To collect and display product reviews.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it.

Services we use

Your data is processed by a small set of service providers who help us run the store:

Shopify hosts our store, processes orders, and powers our website chat and email tools.
Judge.me manages product review requests and displays reviews.
Bosta, our courier, receives your name, phone number, and delivery address to deliver your order.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools and Google Analytics may be used for analytics and advertising measurement. Where these are active, they use cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and site usage.

We do not sell your personal data.

The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (such as your cart) and, where enabled, analytics and marketing cookies as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for customer service, accounting, and legal purposes. Chat and support messages are kept as long as useful for supporting you.

We will respond within a reasonable period. Deletion requests are honored except where we must retain data for legal or accounting reasons.
