FAQ
Gift card questions.
Does the gift card expire?
No. BYMS gift cards are configured without an expiry date.
How do they use it?
The card arrives by email with a unique code. Enter that code in the gift-card or discount field at checkout; the available balance is applied to the order.
What if the piece costs less than the card?
The remaining balance stays on the same code automatically, so they can use it on their next order.
Can it go toward a custom order?
Gift cards are for products bought through our online checkout. Custom orders and their deposits are arranged separately through DMs or WhatsApp.
Already know what they want?
Give the finished piece instead.
Send us the reference, name, club, or silhouette and we will quote a custom piece made for them.
